We are introducing “Leaders Inspiring Leaders,” a dynamic and engaging learning and development program designed specifically for managers. This program is carefully crafted to enhance leadership skills and promote continuous growth among participants.
The cornerstone of Leaders Inspiring Leaders is a quarterly exploration of a specially selected leadership book. Throughout the quarter, managers will dive into one chapter of the book weekly during a one-hour session. This focused approach allows participants to delve deep into each chapter’s principles, insights, and strategies.
To encourage practical application, leaders are tasked with documenting their actions to implement the lessons learned from each chapter. During the subsequent weekly sessions, managers will share their experiences and insights with the group, fostering collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
To facilitate this process, an online workbook will be a central repository for tracking and recording their progress. Managers will use this tool to document their application of the chapter’s concepts and the outcomes they achieved. By the end of the quarter, participants will synthesize their experiences, highlighting their journey in an essay and practical case study demonstrating how they have successfully applied the learned principles to their leadership roles.
After each quarter, three outstanding achievers will be recognized and celebrated. These top performers will have met all program requirements, including completing the workbook, and will have submitted the most compelling essays and case studies. The announcement of these top achievers not only provides well-deserved recognition but also inspires and motivates all participants.
